Terms and Conditions

    1. 1. One week’s fee down plus one week in advance must be paid prior to the start date. This advance will be offset against the final week when your child leaves Mellow Spring.
    1. 2. Parents are responsible for ensuring that fees are paid in full and on time, regardless of whether financial assistance is being applied (i.e. CWO, FAS, Teen Parents etc) except for CCS (subvention) funding, that is applied directly to Mellow Spring.
    1. 3. Payment of fees is to be made weekly or monthly, by postal order, direct debit or cheque. Cash cannot be accepted. Direct debit forms are available at the Reception.
    1. 4. Failure to pay fees could result in the service being withdrawn and your child’s place being re-allocated. If you experience difficulty in payment of fees, please ask to speak to the Centre manager without delay.
    1. 5. If fees are outstanding after two weeks, the service may be withdrawn and your child’s place re-allocated without further notice.
    1. 6. Fees are payable even if your child does not attend the Centre for reasons of sickness, holidays etc with the exception of the two weeks when Mellow Spring is closed for the Summer holidays.
    1. 7. To hold your child’s place during sickness or holidays, please inform Mellow Spring within 7 days. Failure to do so could result in the service being withdrawn.
